If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Only items that have been purchased directly from The americantowels.us website can be returned to American Towels. Products purchased through other retailers should be returned by their respective returns and refunds policy.
Items that have been purchased directly through the americantowels.us website are eligible for return within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered. Due to the nature of our product, used towels cannot be returned unless defective.
Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping for all returns that are not the fault of American Towels will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
How to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Contact us via email at email@example.com. Let us know the reason for your return and your original order number. If your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on returning your merchandise.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00a-5:00p EST. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used on the order, and a notification email will be sent to you.
Refunds may take up to 7 days after receipt at our fulfillment center. If, after seven days, the refund still has not been received, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift certificate in the amount of the returned product minus shipping charges will be issued instead of a refund to the original payment method.
We will do our best to catch your order and cancel if it's still in the building. If not, we will be able to refund the purchase when you return the merchandise.
Damaged, defective, or missing merchandise
Please report damaged, defective, or missing merchandise within 30 business days of delivery by emailing us at email@example.com. Our team will work with you on a timely return and subsequent replacement. Please allow two business days for response.
