Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or on the weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders in the United States ship via USPS / FedEx or UPS. We charge our customers a discounted flat rate from 3.99 - 7.99 dependent on the size of the order and we will cover the rest of the cost. As shipping charges continue to increase, we will do our best to absorb what we can to keep your shipping prices lower.  Please note that we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

P.O. boxes or APO/FPO

American Towels can ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do so at the buyer's risk. We cannot guarantee proof of delivery to PO Boxes. 

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking

We will send you a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

American Towels is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We apologize, but we currently do not ship only to the United States and Canada.
